Meet Paul the Brewmaster at BrickHouse Brewery and get the behind the-scenes scoop on the brewing process. Share a tasting of BHB special edition “Library Brew” created for Booktoberfest 2017, then head upstairs for some small bites and the screening of “How Beer Saved the World”, a view of how beer came to be and kept on going.
