The Patchogue-Medford Library has been offered funding  from the Medford Hamlet Foundation to build  a library branch/community center in Medford.  In addition, the  Town of Brookhaven has offered property within the Medford Athletic Complex on Horseblock Rd. as a possible location for this purpose.
