Light of Day | Steve Caputo
Now on display is a solo exhibition featuring the photographic work by Steve Caputo. In his artwork, Caputo attempts to capture the vast and diverse beauty of Long Island. His subjects range from landscapes and seascapes to flowers, urban scenes and vintage vehicles. Some of his works employ an intentional camera movement, which allows him to create more abstract interpretations of traditional subject matter. About the Gallery
The Claire Davidson Siegel Gallery is the exhibition space of the Patchogue-Medford Library and is located in our lower level. Managed by our experienced staff, the gallery features six professional exhibitions per year by local artists and Long Island organizations. In 2018, the gallery was named in honor of Claire Davidson Siegel, an artist, advocate for the arts and President of the Patchogue-Medford Friends of the Library.
