Under the Mask | Family Residences & Essential Enterprises, Inc.

Now on view is Under the Mask, a group exhibition featuring select artists of Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE). The exhibition was curated by FREE’s Manger of Fine Arts, Glyn Evans, and consists of a series of clown portraits with unique makeup designs. The paintings illustrate the notion that how a person looks on the outside may not be an accurate representation of how they they feel on the inside. The series challenges the audience to reframe from making snap judgments of people based solely looks and reminds us that respect for others should always be observed.
