2024 High School Summer Internship

 
APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED, THOSE THAT APPLIED WILL BE HEARING FROM THE LIBRARY SOON. 
Do you like helping people, getting involved in your community, working with new technology, and being creative? Have you ever thought about a career as a Librarian? This summer the Patchogue-Medford Library will be offering you an inside look into what it takes to work at a Library! 

*The internship will run from July 1-August 23, 8 weeks. 
*You will need to be able to work 17 hours a week
*To qualify for the internship you must be entering your junior or senior year in high school
*This will be a paid internship.

Teach a Class

 

Interested in teaching a class at the library, either on a volunteer or a paid basis? Please fill out the program proposal form to have your class considered.
