Thank you for your interest in participating in Patchogue-Medford Library’s Pop Con. Please note that due to the volume of interested parties, submitting does not guarantee a spot. Submissions are typically reviewed in timely manner. All submissions are kept on file for future consideration and no re-submission is required after your confirmation email of a successful initial submission.

This application is for vendors and artists selling items related to pop culture, comics, manga, anime, gaming, or original art.

– This event will run from 11:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at the Main Branch in Patchogue. – Rain date June 6th from 11:00am-4:00pm.
– The Village of Patchogue requires ALL vendors to obtain a “Vendor Permit for Community Events” can be found on Patchoguevillage.org in the Special Events Portal. This permit cost $40.
– Vendors will be placed outside the library and must bring their own table to fit in a 10x10ft space.
– All exhibitors are expected to remain at the event for the full duration of the event.
– While this is an adult event, we are a public library and children may be present as we will be open. Thus, you may only sell things that are appropriate for an all-ages environment. Please maintain a PG-13 level of content maturity. If you have more adult content, please place it in a labeled private area on your table for 18+ consumers only.
– NO FOOD EXHIBITORS through this application.
– This application is to show interest in participation, but you will receive an email if you have been confirmed for the event.

The exhibitor agrees to defend and hold harmless Patchogue-Medford Library, its employees, and its Board of Trustees for any loss, damage, or injury related to the participation in this event.

Pop Con is run by a non-profit library and has a limited budget. We cannot allow sales directly on library property, as such we will have a small artist alley OUTSIDE the library. We would like prioritize allowing artists to use this space, but we may provide a tabling area for a guest to sell if necessary.

– We will not be able to provide boarding for guests so please include that in your rate if needed.
